Call or email us and make an enquiry. We conduct a 15-20minute initial phone call to discuss the appropriateness of our advice programs. This gets us both on the same page and allows for a fluent and efficient process.
Financial Road Map Interview
Our First meeting is what we call a Financial Road Map Interview. This is a high level look at your current situation, it pulls you back to a 50,000m perspective to think about what’s really important to you. From this meeting you will get a real sense of clarity about where you are right now, a sense of direction on your future, which gives you the confidence to start making progress towards clear financial and life goals.
Our next meeting is our Implementation Meeting. In this meeting we provide you with your Financial-Life Plan Report Card. Your Financial-Life Plan Report Card is like your school report card where we layout out your weaknesses, strengths and provide points for your consideration in the 10 different aspects of your financial life. We also show how this affects your actual life and whether you are on track to meet and deliver what is important to you. It is called the Implementation Meeting because you will be making the decision to move forward with making the actual changes to your Financial-Life Plan.
Initial Progess Report
Initial Progress Report. We have already begun implementing your plan, however there are certain areas that are more important that require more detail and more attention. In this meeting we provide the final sign off on the larger pieces of the puzzle that you decided on during the above implementation meeting.
Depending on your level of service we conduct Progress Meetings up to 3 times per year or more. These meetings all have a different focus on your Financial-Life Plan. They ensure you stay on track and allow for the opportunity to make adjustments for changes in your life or in the world around you, including economic, legislative and product. Your Financial-Life Plan is not a static plan, there are many moving pieces and it is important for your success to be accountable and to stay on track.
One-Off / Transactional Service
We also provide a one-off or transactional service for those clients who do not wish to have on-going support. There may be a particular problem or issue that you need some assistance with or you might just need assistance in getting your financial plan under way and are content in being more of a DIY type of person.
